Is an MD-PhD right for you?

For those students interested in both research and clinical work, deciding whether they should pursue the physician scientist track is a critical decision. The physician scientist training program, also known as an MD-PhD, is a long-time commitment. Not only that, but preparing to apply for a PhD or MD-PhD looks quite differently. So, knowing if an MD-PhD is right for you is an important question you should be asking early.
